Laughter Yoga and Meditation

We will begin with laughter exercises that will warm-up the mind-body and help generate mind-quieting. We will then shift our focus after the laughing exercises to silent meditation, which will help facilitate a gentle deepening of mindful awareness.

Note: we also have a Laughter Yoga class on Wednesday evenings and Friday afternoons.
