Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient martial art that has been refined into a series of slow rhythmic exercises designed to increase circulation throughout the body, improve balance, and calm the mind. Participants will learn the basic movements of the Yang-style long form. We offer classes for beginner students, advanced students and students age 50+. Each class meets for 10 weekly sessions.
