The Pritzker Mindfulness Program for Urban Youth is a program specially designed for urban youth using games, group discussions, as well as a variety of teachings and practices. The class lays the foundation for youth to understand basic principles of mindfulness, develop a personal meditation practice, and apply the principles in their daily life. A healthy, hot meal is included at the beginning of each class. The program concludes with a 5-hour urban retreat, where students are awarded Certificates of Completion.
