We are offering two new classes this fall: Yoga for Low Back Pain and Centering Chronic Pelvic Pain.
Therapeutic Yoga for Low Back Pain is a free 5-week Tuesday evening class for students of all levels and abilities, with instruction in yoga poses, basic anatomy, breathing practices, and deep relaxation to help alleviate chronic low back pain and tension. Centering Chronic Pelvic Pain, held two Wednesdays per month, helps women learn about their health and how to manage their pain. Participants will have access to a medical provider who will check in with them at each group to see how they are doing. Most insurance plans, incuding MediCal and Medicare will cover the cost of this group. For more information, please see the web page.
